Team Peru

Candi

Lover of travel, sunshine, good food and all things Yoga. I believe in being fearless and trusting in your heart knowing that we are all here to break the mold in some way, to shine our brightest and serve our purpose on this crazy journey we call life. For me, yoga is this catalyst. You can find me on my mat each and everyday, practicing crazy things, learning how to fall with grace so that I can get right back up again and learn to fly! Join me for some sweat making, mold breaking, laughter creating, good times with me in class as we experience what it’s like to breathe, move and come together for some pure fun!

Chelsea

Chelsea is the Program Director of Yoga Therapy Teacher Training at Vancouver School of Yoga. Growing up as a contemporary dancer, I have always been drawn to the sacredness of movement. I began practicing yoga to heal a dance-related injury and have continued to practice because of yoga’s capacity to heal, nurture & transform far more than my physical wounds. The transformative influence yoga has had on my life inspires me each day to dedicate myself to helping others along their own journey. With an emphasis on therapeutics and optimal alignment, I encourage students to move with intention, be playfully expressive with the beauty of their body while honouring the process of unfolding.
