Our Experience
This experience has been absolutely amazing. What made the experience great was definitely the entire staff. Not one single person was impatient, rude, or mean to us. Everyone was so patient, kind, respectful, friendly, etc. I can’t say enough good things. I would definitely come back with more friends and family. I love this place, experience, and especially our guide Alan and our boat driver Ugo and our waiter Ronnie. These three staff members always catered to our needs and were so friendly. They were like friends.
Alan our guide is definitely the best guide we have ever had on a tour experience. He deserves so much praise and compliments. He answered all our questions and had so much knowledge and amazed us. We really felt the Amazon experience and he made the trip so much fun. When I come back next year, I hope to see the same staff and definitely request Alan as our guide. Please also give Edwin our gratitude and compliments. Edwin is so kind and gracious and cater to all of our needs. We will definitely come back next year!
